Weekend workout with the Coach

The weekend was nice and warm so Coach Ayla had me out doing some hill sprints between sets. The workout was a mix of gym and sprints. I am lucky enough to have a home gym so Ayla hangs with me, who needs a sweat towel when you have a dog!


This session I used the 12 kg kettlebell (Give me a break, Ive been injured!)


The workout as follows

5 rounds of

10 x snatch pull, push press

10 x Squats

Hill sprint

- then

3 rounds of

20 V ups

Hill sprint


It was a nice quick easy workout and anyone can do it.. I don't want excuses like i dont have a kettlebell.. use something else.. we all have things we can pick up.. so use anything. It would be PAW to make up excuses.. That's what Coach Ayla said..
